2000 word review of software utilities, and post to 1-3 sites

Looking for someone to: 1. Write a 2000 word review of a new PC utilities collection software that contains 10+ utilities. The amount of work is similar to reviewing 5 different software products. 2. Post the article to any 1-3 online blogs and/or software review sites with minimum Google PR 4. Or one site with PR 5. It would be your responsibility to find a Website that will accept the article. I may accept bids only for the article and excluding this part of the project, but will pay more if you can post the article. Note: the product you will be reviewing is actually newsworthy and never been written about. It should be of interest to Blogs and online magazine - if your article is good enough.
