Vehicle OBD code analysis & Info

Please read everything before responding. We are building a vehicle control system & need help identifying the OBD codes to read/write & the order of execution of this process. We have the hw to use to connect to OBD port. The functions that we require the vehicle to be able to perform remotely are as follows: • Acceleration • Braking • Steering • Gear shifts; Park, reverse, drive etc. • Stopping the engine • The vehicle needs to be able to send information to the laptop so that the state of various components may be monitored remotely. They are as follows: • The engine; if the check engine light is on and the engine or transmission needs to be serviced • Engine temperature • State of the oil/oil levels in the engine. (if the check oil light is on) • State of the tires/tire pressure (if the check tire pressure light is on) • Fuel level • Speedometer / current speed of the vehicle • Tachometer • Any other diagnostic information that the car is capable of transmitting, as long as you explain to us in detail what the information is and what it means If any of the above functions are for any reason not able to be performed, due to vehicle manufacturer limitations or any other reason, you must notify us. It is understood that vehicles transmit information in the form of cryptic codes, and that these codes vary from vehicle to vehicle. You will pick a US vehicle (2014 or later with agreements of us) & provide the work flow to follow for performing above actions. Again, the information you provide must be able to be understood by any average person, not someone who already knows any information about these codes, etc. The vehicles will operate on private roads only. Provide the steps taken to set up all hardware, software and all tests you perform to ensure everything is working properly.
