1st is a survey: I would like to have the survey questions appear as a form in excel. These will be filled out by multiple people and will also hold all the results, which should probably be either held in hidden tabs or better still another worksheet. Questions will be yes no and rated 1 -5 and some freeform text. They will be the same questions answered by 20 people about 4 differnet 4 and the results should show in anyy type of graph as comparison data.

I have a workbook where I cut and paste email jobs (name/date subject) for people. I would like to add a drop down box or something so that when i add their name the job goes into a public workbook and they can see their jobs there just as i have htem displayed in my work book, but they will have the added cell of "working on" or "completed" - when they have selected completed this shows up in my workbook, if the day passes (by date) and its "working on" (which is default) I will get the result back of "incomplete"
This workbook should also be able to display and compare data about how much work has been completed daily/weekly and compare everyone. The public book that has the jobs could also include showing people on their tab how much work in percentage they have /havent completed. Each tab on the public sheet would be someones name and possibly only they can view their work? If thats making it complicated Ill keep it open.

I have a pdf form which is just name/date and about 9 cells for manual input, I would like to convert that to a spreadsheet so I can sort the imputed data against the name of the person, the completed form should also be able to be emailed to a specified address with a submit form. Another 2 buttons will be "clear page" and Print which will select print area and print. the results and comparison data will export to another workbook.
This work needs to be completed 4 days after you take it on.
I have samples of started work should you require it and I am looking at $30 - $60 budget as they are 3 small and simple jobs. If you are going to charge top dollar I expect you to know exactly what you are doing without to much intervention and I will have alot more work
1. I have developed more complex feedback forms earlier and can share that work with you.
2. Interesting problem, like to develop it.
3. Have developed interface between outlook and excel before. Rest part of problem is easy.
