I would like to create a program that generates documents and emails when a patient books surgery, There are three different distribution entities (who get the emails/documents) and based on the developments, subsequent documents will be sent as well. Tracking reminders and prompts will also be set up . Each stage of document generation and transmission allow the user to override or select choices in what form the document takes (email, letter or fax) This project is currently only a concept and will by its very nature require revision and multiple iterations
