Dear Friends, For a private school we need to create a new webbased application that handles the school administration. This includes registration of: - people: - define families and all their members (children, teacher, parents) - their addresses/phones - additional information like socialsecno, birthdate, place of origin etc. - for students registration information - date when they entered into school - date of exit - entry level - enrollment - absences - medical information about vaccines, illnesses.. - billing system: - one table contains the billing positions, with name of item, price, payed, dundate. - on one webpage you can choose the student enrolled in the current year, and then you can assign the above positions and create a bill - another table captures the payments that have been made. - the system will need about 20 pdf reports for labels, bills, pending payments etc. all pages should allow viewing and updating of information. A password at the beginning captures the user. All sql tables captures entereddate, updateddate, enteredby, updateddby. Language: jsp DB: MySql tables: - family (~ 7 fields) - person (~ 25 fields) - addresses (~ 15 fields) - phones (~ 10 fields) - enrollment (~ 10 fields) - vaccines (~ 10 fields) - registration (~ 10 fields) - bills (~ 10 fields) - pos (~ 10 fields) - articles (~ 10 fields) - payment (~ 10 fields) - valuetable (~ 7 fields) - maybe 2-3 more additional tables.
