OSCommerce Expert/Website Design/Redesign

We are currently seeking a Professional who is well versed in OSCommerce. The design/redesign will be an e-commerce website specializing in design and printing of business cards, postcards, brochures etc. The shopping cart environment must have all the functionality of OSCommerce. We currently have the latest version installed on one of our servers, so if you are an expert in OSCommerce and can customize it like the site links listed below...that would be acceptable. If your own programming skills offer a shopping cart of equal functionality to OSCommerce, then feel free to use those skills in place of OSC. Things to consider for site: the color scheme flow, Implement CSS (style sheet) within all pages. Optimize all graphics. Code all pages to the HTML 4.01 standards. Optimize all pages for search engines. Flash Header and dynamic rollover menu. Other flash throughout site as you determine. We have the ability and experience to do this project ourselves, however due to current ongoing commitments, do not have the time. That being said, we know what a fair market fee for the requested work should be and are more than willing to compensate you accordingly. Reason being, we will have template business cards, postcards etc that can be purchased with minimal design changes but also offer a full service design from scratch thereby needing the ability to upload client files and artwork unlike typical shopping cart environment.
