I am writing a shopping cart in php for a client and need a function written that will access the UPS Online Tools and return shipping charges. I am under a time constraint so I need to outsource parts of this project to bring it in on time. Will provide any necessary files/code etc.

I have recently completed (on getafreelancer) both UPS and myYellow integration with PHP. To integrate with UPS, your PHP installation will need the cURL extensions. The UPS integration used a postback so the browser (client) can initiate the calculation based on the shopping cart contents. The same code can be used for server side calculations if needed.

The UPS Api seems simple to use (specially the xml part). I don't see any problem for this project.
