Wordpress Theme Changes and Development

Hello Wordpress Legend! We're looking for a talented and nice Wordpress developer to make extensive style and functionality changes to a Wordpress theme. The major development works we need done are: • Tweaks to the Google Map property listing API so it works more like www. zillow. com and uses AJAX to dynamically display property listing • Style changes to the property listing page • Development of password protected Member login area where user can save favorite properties and save searches. This is already part of the theme, but we have made quite extensive additions to this area. • Take 60 property listings from an exisiting property site (TBA) and migrate over to new site • Add ‘Change Currency’ feature. User can select Yen, USD or AUD and the prices dynamically update across the site • Add ‘Change Display Units’ feature. User can select feet or tsubo (Japanese land measurement) and the property size data dynamically updates • Japanese Language – duplicate English site and create Japanese language version of site using Japanese content from existing site There are too many changes to list here.
