Set-up game server

I am looking for IMMEDIATE help on setting up my dedicated game server. I purchased the server as a present for my kids, and was given full assurance that I would have the necessary support (including installation, and configuration) to get going immediately. I need someone who is knowledgeable in Linux game servers to install, configure, and set up all necessary components of the following games onto my server (Plesk). I have the following game software (if necessary) that I'd like to install. All of them if possible. Counter Strike Quake II Quake III Stronghold Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy Monopoly Tycoon I need the games completely ready for play, so all that is necessary is to log in.
