Help! I nuked my webpage

Please help me restore a page on my website. I updated it using Dreamweaver and now only the background image is showing. It's the download page for a digital product I sell, so it is important to get it up again quickly. This happened once before -- it's some setting I think. I need to understand why it has happened to avoid the same problem in the future. As part of the project, I would also like the index page of my website [login to view URL] optimised to load faster. So the urgent problem is to be fixed immediately, and then the index page optimisation at some point after that. Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated!
