Develop a 6 to 9 page website with predesigned graphic design and text content. The graphics and text on the pages of the website have been predesigned on paper, so they will need to be faxed to the awardee for graphic design implementation. Website will have minimal Flash in its introduction, like www.juicy-cosmetics.com. Need very fast load times, so management of file size versus graphic resolution will be required. Initial website will be accepted IF it meets the specifications of the provided designs of graphics and text. Iterations and tweaking of website is probable, and will be paid for as options (within reason). All graphic and text designs will be provided within two days of selection of awardee. Text will be provided in MSWord or HTML, so it may be copied and pasted. Improved website designs or upgrades will be considered, and payment of improvements will be made, provided they are reasonable. A one week turnaround of design is expected from awardee.

Hi, to have a fast loading yet effective flash intro will be use a preloader and mostly vector graphic that is lighter in kb size and better in motion. No problem about tweaking and modifications.
