Glen Rose Spreadsheet update and improvement

We need to update the model of Glen Rose using Gold Creek as the example. This is a single family home Greenfield project which will be built in the American Midwest. 1 The tabs on Glen Rose and spread sheets for Cash flow 1&2 and 3& 4 are out of order. Please make 1&2 before 3& 4 2 The Data for Glen Rose are in tabs Working Copy, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash flow 1&2 and Cashflow 3&4. 3. Phase I Cashflow and Cashflow all Phases contain old data and Old categories; Please update per the data and style in Gold Creek Spreadsheet 4. Please carefully go through Working Copy, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash flow 1&2 and Cashflow 3&4. So that they will are complete. For example in Cashflow 1&2 there is no entries after December, they should be filled in. 5. Check the formulas and make sure they are in the cells; 6. Check that all the dates and months are consistent 7. We need a loan module which will calculate interest and principal based upon an interest rate which will be put in. The interest needs to be inputed into all sheets in the place provided. 8. In the cash flow all phases tab you need to create a loan draw and a repayment based upon cash flow; assume that 50% of profits would be added to the loan sinking fund and please make a variable where we can varry the amount of profit devoted to the sinking fund from 0-100%; 9 Please look for any inconsistencies. 10 Convert to xlsx
