• Bilingual English/Spanish (fluent conversational) || you will make and take calls from customers and vendors mostly in the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. • Must be able to travel to the USA and receive 4 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX, then work from home. • Quotes || You will receive training to quote and manage orders. Easy process after we train you on the use of our software and the wide variety of instrumentation devices we carry. • QuickBooks || You Must be proficient with Accounting and QuickBooks accounting software at a data entry level, create invoices, capture payments from customers, create purchase orders, capture vendor bills, pay vendor bills, reconcile credit card statements, process refunds & credits, run common reports. • Excellent English & Spanish writing skills with proper spelling and grammar || You will compose, send and receive business emails, respond to inquiries, follow ups with vendors and customers. • Basic Computer and Internet skills || You will need good Windows operating system skills on an everyday basis. • Microsoft Outlook || You will send and receive emails using Outlook. • Microsoft Excel 2007+|| You will use Excel to manipulate data tables containing price, part lists and quotations. • Microsoft Word 2007+|| You will use Word to compose and modify common business documents, letters, contracts, run spell checks in Spanish & English. • Familiar with Business Documentation || You will deal on an everyday basis with invoices, bills, receipts, packing lists, proformas, estimates, proposals, quotes, reports, purchase orders. You will receive training but you must have the concepts. • Pay attention to Detail and be Very Accurate || This is actually the most important trait and skill we expect from an accounting, administrative and sales assistant, this cannot be stressed enough. Hello, my name is Marianna, I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I'm Italian, but I am currently living on Argentina (my spanish is perfect), maybe it's easier to take the course online, traveling to the United States I think it would be expensive. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English crowdfunding agency, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing.
