For $150, I will set up Quickbooks Online for you. I would recommend you subscribe to Quickbooks Online Plus, for it has a Project feature. "Projects" lets you track income and expense by Project or Contract. It has a page that also allows you to see the total expenses and income as of the current date. I believe this feature is very useful for an advertising agency business.
Information I would need from you:
Type of business entity
Balance Sheet most recent. If none, Bank balances as of the beginning of the financial period.
LIsts of assets. Include Prepaid Rent, Annual Insurance, Furniture and Fixtures, Gadgets and Devices.
Usual items on invoices to clients.
Beginning date of the financial period.
List of vendors and outstanding payables.
List of customers and Receivables Aging Summary, latest.
