Photo Editing

Real estate photo editing. 34 images per house, about 2 homes a day. I'lI upload images by 3:00pm-5:00pm latest. I take about 120 images, but only need back 34 edited images. I mainly take multiples of same shots & the last image in a shot type is usually the one to star* while in Lightroom. *Staring images is something done in Lightroom, then you can sort by "unrated" & delete all unrated images. I only need back 34 images per house. Multiple of living room Multiple of master bedroom 2 master bath generally (if shot/it has a roman tub) 1-2 of each room. If 2 - generally do one showing the closet & another you like best. Only 1 if a bigger home or use your descretion to pick your fave photos, at least include 1 1 - Eat-in-Kitchen shot 1-2 Dining Room 1 - Foyer (foyer means the area when you enter a home, usually the shot shows the door OUTSIDE 3 of Rear of the home (labeled example "Rear View 1, Rear View 2, Rear View 3). 3 Front shots + 1 view from the street (if street shot is available). 1-2 of Backyard or lake in back Entrance View (the closeup View of the front home exterior, includes the front door) Other images to have at least 1 shot of, if they are in the home. You will notice because I photographed it ;) Fireplace Pool (2-3 of pool) Jacuzzi Lanai (1-2 of this) - Lanai means it's a screened in porch Patio Porch Deck Edited images due back to me, same day, by 10pm-11:45pm nightly. GREAT OPP - A great after work, easy & fun opportunity. Need to know lightroom, real estate photography editing & pride yourself on your work and what it looks like at the end. These are key to help the agents sell their homes, and something you can add to your portfolio and be proud of. I don't want to give this away to someone who doesn't do good work. White ceilings, bright and airy rooms, HDR exterior images. Pretty blue skys if it's not a cloudy day, pretty homes that you are proud of. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. HDR the outside shots only.
