I have done similar project before. It was a presentation only, downloaded the data from server and placed on screen.

We have developed the iPhone app using third party solution for augmented reality. Currently we are developing the Android version for the app, the major part is implemented that includes the augmented reality features. The proposal i am writing here is for iPhone app if you need the same for Android then let me know i will update my bid including the cost and time for Android too.
