I need a news app for android. This is going to be designed for remote users who will collect the news via a local web server - and download updates from folders on that server. Reason is that these will be on ships - and they do not have access to internet unless in port. Therefore need to have option to collect via wifi or the local webserver. ****Ideally I am looking for an app very similar to Flipboard. **** The animation is the bit I am interested in - flipping pages over to read. Users will be able to opt in to read news from a particular country depending on their nationality. Take a look at it - to see how it works and then offer your bid on how this could be achieved. We send daily news files to the ship as required. Please can you bid - but I do not want the standard "yes can do it" or "we have read your requirements". I want to know if you have read what is required AND then demonstrate how you think it could be achieved.
