Customized ROM for Android PC with Touch Surface

The ROM will be installed on android PC - please provide installation instructions ROM will support full HD resolution with 16:9 compatibility On start up the screen will contain few icons Keep some android OS configuration settings (connect to wifi, bluetooth, volume, login to user accounts, brightness, language support inc. keyboards) and block others (change wallpapers or themes, delete apps). the ROM will contain Bluetooth handsfree app This app should be included in the ROM and compatible with standard bluetooth adapter. You may use open-source or free app for this functionality or develop a custom one. This app should provide the ability to pair the user’s cellphone (ios,android, windows Phone) and make/accept phone calls on the android pc running this ROM.
