Manage, Design & Develop an Android / IPHONE App for new Muslims - Phase 1 -- 2

Bis'millah, In the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful Introduction: In short, Step by Step Islam is a mobile app developed to help new Muslims learn Islam in a professional manner. What do I need in this application? I need a complete mobile app designed and developed in a well organised professional layout. It includes the following elements: Part 1: Project Planning & Management What ever is in the whole project, it has to be planned with time frame, order, milestones and phases (Planning, Designing, Development etc.), updates to be provided to me regularly and work execution is to be ensured as a project manager. Most of the decisions of directing the project and most of the discussions of the project are going to be done with Project manager who will take care of the whole project and will deal with the development team himself. Throughout the project, he will be documenting things. He will also be creating fundraising campaigns which I will be executing personally with my local team. Part 2: Product Design - A. Core Graphics Design 1. User Research: It includes the research on issues of new Muslims starting from UK 2. Concept Development: Concept Development execution includes the layout and features of the application. 3. Brand Research & Identity (Graphics / Fonts / Color scheme etc.): 4. App structure (Includes complete app pages layout) with UI / UX Design 5. Photoshop design files: After the design is wire framed, sketched etc. 6. Final Presentation and Design Documentation: I will approve the final design and this phase will then be signed off. 7. Others - B. Content Planning and Designing 1. Content Planning: Committee of Daees and Scholars will finalize the content. It is impacted by the Concept development as well. Project manager will be consulted. 2. Keeping Content Shareeah Compliant: To do that, I will personally organize a committee of some Daees and Scholars who will check everything for compliance. However, project manager will coordinate and give me directions on how to setup that. 3. Others Part 3: Product Development Product development will be taken care by the project manager and it will all be documented. A. Planning Manager have to identify what do we need to get started with the project development like hosting, purchasing etc. This process will only start after complete finishing and locking of the designing part. B. Importing Design elements from Design Stage C. Development of the app in both IPHONE and ANDROID This is the critical phase, project manager will be taking care of development closely with the developers and will keep me in the loop. D. Others Part 4: Testing and Debugging App testing and debugging has to be planned so that it can be tested on various devices etc. In this phase Project Manager will critically analyse the application and then my office team will critically analyse the application to get it fine tuned. Once done, Development will be signed off. Also, the plan for the recurring maintenance of the app will be provided. Part 5: Launching Here, live testing will also be conducted and all the deliverable will be delivered, final milestones will be released and Phase one of the project will thus be ended.
