Mobile App to add inventory to a database

We are looking to create a mobile application for both IOS and Android. This app will need to be able to scan a barcode and add the value to a text box. Have a the option to ADD or REMOVE from inventory, a number box to enter in a quantity and a drop down for lot size (Defaults to single, Dozen, Package, other) This app will need an admin section that allows us to type in the database connection information and protect that information from the end user.
