Retrieve lost data

Option 1: On my personal computer (windows os), I logged in to a website through Google chrome browser. Google asks if I want to save the password, I say No. I forgot the password, though I have not logged out yet. Hence whenever I login to the website I get a direct entry but can't remember the password. Have tried going to password section under setting in Chrome but couldn't retrieve it as the password wasn't saved in 1st place. Option 2: I have the app of the same said website on my mobile phone, an Android device. I have login access but do not know the password. Pls help retrieve the password. For multiple reasons, details of which I won't bother you with, I can't follow the forget password process (as I do not have the password for the associated email id and the phone no. linked with the website is no longer active). kindly guide how can I get the password from either of the 2 options mentioned above. I do not have coding or software skills but if proper guidance provided I can comfortably follow any fairly complex instruction you give me. I'll be online in an hour's time of posting this request.
