Unity expert for android / ios GAme

I would like to develop a card game like poker style however the gameplay is different. Actually the mechanic is like this game: [login to view URL] ABOUT GAME DESIGNS i already have PSD of game design so i just need someone who develop the game WHY UNITY I understand on this way the game will be developed once instead of program in several platforms and also i understand is one of the best engines right now for develop mobile games FEATURES OF THE GAME: 1. game app purchases 2. Multiplayer ( i want users play between them in single 1 vs 1 or in team 2 vs 2) 3. Create basic IA for play against human players 4. Ability to update the game when start instead of download new version. 5. Facebook Social features (share app in exchange of diamonds, invite users to play, friend list, share results, etc) 6. See which contacts from phone are playing and send invitation for play WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR Someone experienced who can give me recommendations in development, social features or implementation based on the games he already create because i am not mobile game expert. Also i need help for upload apps to stores and also explain how i configure accounts to receive purchase funds back. ABOUT SOUNDS AND MUSIC I will provide sounds and music ANIMATION: is not a 3D game ( i attach 2 screen example in job post) however i need some develop to add some animation to some elements for make game looks interactive and funny and not static. OUTPUT FORMAT I need this game working on ios iphone and android smartphone and support all screens. in future project i will need assistance for deploy it on Facebook too. FINAL NOTES: i will explain all game mechanics and also i will provide game samples.
