Write C# wrapper for DLib C++ --2

I need a developer to write a C# wrapper for the Dlib library and expose 3 functions: [login to view URL] The end result should achieve similar to this Unity plugin: [login to view URL]!/content/64314. Mainly, it should be able to be built on iOS, Android, Windows. After compiling the wrapper and importing into Unity, I expect dll/bundle/lib (depending on what platform) that can be referenced in C# within Unity and it exposes three methods: int[,,,,] getFaces(image) : Return 5D array where the first index represents a unique face in the image, the remaining indexes represent box coordination to locate the face in the image.
