Writing a Game Maker Studio java extension for use with Android.

Hello, I have an idea for an augmented reality Game Maker Studio game for Android that uses the device's camera and can project it to a surface in real time. I am looking for somebody I can pay to create this an extension that can do this. I would need the following functions to be implemented in this extension: device_camera_check() - Returns how many cameras there are, 0 for none. device_camera_on(argument0) - Turns on a camera ready for use - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) device_camera_off(argument0) - Turns off a camera off when no longer needed for use - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) device_camera_to_surface(argument0,argument1) - Projects a camera in real time to a surface - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) - Argument1 = which surface device_camera_light_on(argument0) - Turns on a camera light for use - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) device_camera_light_off(argument0) - Turns off a camera off when no longer needed for use - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) device_camera_light_brightness(argument0,argument1) - Adjusts the selected camera's light brightness - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) - Argument1 = how bright (0 for dullest, 1 for brightest) device_camera_zoom(argument0) - Adjusts the selected camera's analog zoom level - Argument0 = which camera (1,2,3...) The game:  The game is an augmented reality multiplayer first person shooter where you run out your backyard or house with friends and "shoot" each other using your phone's camera to detect your individual shirt colour as a hit.
