Integration of stripe connect to our web app for payments to our users

We are looking for a developer to help develop a payout feature using stripe connect. We are open to options in terms of how this should be implemented. We are aware of the different methods of stripe connect express vs stripe connect custom and would like to hear your recommendations of the two. Ideally we would want our users to enter a CC or bank account and then we are able to pay them through our infrastructure. BACKGROUND We have a simple ecommerce platform where sellers can sign up and list items (subscriptions) on their store. Buyers are able to come to these stores and purchase these subscriptions, enter their payment details, and a subscription is set up on a monthly or weekly basis through stripe. The subscription items are all tied to the correct seller. REQUIREMENTS We are looking to develop the functionality so that when a buyer purchases a subscription (purchase), then that we make a matching payment amount which is sent to the corresponding seller (payout) INFRASTRUCTURE -Angular for our front end -Graphql/hasura for api communication to our database -Stripe for our payment management -Okta for our user management
