3d character animation and props

Animations for RTS game project. Unity based. We need multiple 3d animated characters low-poly styled. Base models: Male, female, child, adult. Animations: walk, run, panic, cry, laugh, choking, death States: dead, diseased, blind, deaf, healthy Each base model should be able to do each animation in each state. Example: a male adult who is diseased and blind crying. Or a healthy female child laughing and running. Efficiently organize the models so that stats and animations can be programmatically set in a unity by code. In other words, work with developers so you do not have to create ten thousand separate models. e.g. Being blind may simply mean a blindfold is visible and the walk animation is "blind walk". Being diseased may simply mean the texture is switched to "diseased_male" texture. We need houses, farms, town hall, and a few props. All animations should be setup as unity prefabs with animation controllers with specific states that can be coded to.
