I have a requirement to animate 3x 90 second 2D films in the style of the attached images. This project will start on Thursday 26th April and need to be delivered on Tuesday 9th May (or ideally in stages). This deadline can not be flexible. You will have the voice over to work to, i.e. timings, but I will handle the sound design and final sound mix. I will also require all design files, project files etc in full for our archive. I would prefer you to use After Effects unless you can justify another software option to me in advance. I will help direct the animations and will expect regular updates and deliveries to ensure the work is as expected and on track. I will also need you to sign and NDA and keep the content confidential in perpetuity. Please ignore the £10 budget, I want you to quote based on your experience and skill set. Hi I've read your brief with great interest. I'm a good illustrator and cartoon artist and 2D,3D expert who can work at fair price. Probably one of the best in the Freelancer.com.
