I have a list management service (aweber) and need a web form designed for it. I will give you the html code to my opt-in form and you will need to edit it to have a simple/nice design, so that it does not just look like a plain form. The form will be a landing page for my website while my site is under construction. Here is a website that has several examples of what I am talking about. I'd also want you to have the background color of the website match the form, with our co. name written on the background. Simple. Skills Needed: I'm not really sure what else besides html is needed for this. But you know if you can do it or not. Any samples of similar work are appreciated.
