We are looking for a development team that understands that we are a small startup and have a budget. We would like a bid for the project and a bid for customer support to be paid monthly. The bid should include several moths support. We will prefer a developer who is interested in talking with us and we would like to build a trusting relationship with ongoing support. This is very important as we will be providing an email service that customers will rely on and will be very important to them. This project is designed to allow clients to register email adresses that forward to popular online email such as Gmail - Hotmail - YahooMail or other exhisting client emails The current model that exhists can be see here [login to view URL] please spend some time getting familiar with this site. We like the checkout process but will want want our own look. This project will include a web site with an API implemented to handle the registration and forwarding of emails. Upon registration the client will have to input personal information and the forwarding email address. The client will have the option to register email such as first names or category names such as john or lawyer There will be 2 pricing models regular email and premium email. Clients will be able to pay monthly quarterly or yearly. Prices will be different for each pay period A list of First Names and Category and Business Names will be provided in a format the developer will need to include in the code so as to separate the Premium Email Names from the Regular Email Names as they will be priced differently to register. Paypal API to be implemented. If a client payment fails we would like the ability for paypal to repeat credit card charge on 4 occasions over a 30 day time frame before the email stops working. An email warning the customer that their email is pending deletion should be included with every request to renew. The developers will inquire, study and learn about tucows API so as to be efficient during the code work so as to be able to deliver this project in a reasonable time frame The API Toolkits are available in PHP and Ruby to make integration easier Domain names are held at a different registrars mx records will be pointed to Tucows so as to be able to register email adresses. The OpenSRS API with Ruby or PHP …..Can this be implemented into a wordpress platform ( theme )? If the API can easily be integrated into wordpress does more codework need to be done to implement the API in another type of website ? This is an important part of the project. Registration of email and non payment will be part of the test so as to confirm that email address will not drop after payment failure. Bid is to include Developer availability for the test to make certain it is working properly. We are looking for the right Developer that will be available to make certain, bugs and or problems will be repaired on a timely basis after the project has gone Live. A separate Bid for tech support to be given to us by the developer. Developer is to be part of a team that is familiar with the project so as to be able to offer tech support. We expect to work with a Developer and his team including support that are fluent and speak and understand English.
