Gmail Help

Gmail has a feature called "canned response". I am trying to set up a canned response to use for my business to send reports but I can't get the image I insert to stay ( My logo). I saved the template initially, go into canned response, choose the template I built and the logo/image is gone. I simply get a white box with black lines in it's place. Won't save. My text saves fine it's just the image/logo that disappears. I need someone who can make the image stick/appear every time I choose a canned response template I build. Please be very familiar with canned responses using GMAIL if you decide to bid. Thank you.
