The person must have extremely good organizing skills, making excel sheet reports as and when asked!
-Email follow-ups and replies to the clients
-any other regular data oriented tasks requested by the owner
-must be courteous, polite and diplomatic with the clients
-A female is preferred, but not mandatory
- if the owner likes his/her work, it would be a full-time job on a monthly basis
I understand that you need a VA to be very well organized. And to send you reports in Excel. Also she will have to email follow-ups and replies to the clients, and do other data oriented tasks.
Relevant Skills and Experience
I have worked as a VA before and have experience in it. I also deal with customers in my company and I am courteous, polite and diplomatic with the them.
