nginx and apache expert for windows 2003 server

Project Description: i need someone that can do this for me: 1) set up my digichat server and my nginx server like apache where when the rack server restarts it activates the server without manually having to log into an account on the windows server and use the exe file to activate them manually. 2) i have my server nginx in front of my apache, nginx server for static and apache for dynamic or w/e. what i want if your you to look through what iv done because i dont think there set up right, what im looking for is proper set-up and i want it optomised for speed, so nginx and apache work together serving content the best and fastest it can. 3) set up nginx server with the best method for handling load/ddos type attacks something like that. 4) check apache and nginx for security and make sure they are both running smoothly and has best possibloe security. thats about it, pm me a price and posibly what you think/what you can do about it.
