Arduino Data Logger, + Complimentary Apps.

Looking for a prototype Adruino - Data Logging from 1 channel (revolution rate) - Pair data with clock (time) function, and GPS reading (onboard GPS module required also) - needs Bluetooth communication to synchronize data and real-time data to App. - needs an input communication port for hard coding - needs to be coded (coding required for end goal) to start logging when data received from data channel; stops when data ceases; log in same (string) with GPS. readings approx. every 0.1 - 0.25seconds. - Will require an App created for IOS and Android mobile phones - App will synchonize with cloud database (we will most likely utilize our current cloud database/dashboard/etc. and sychronizing scripts) - hard coding and app. are not available; these can be a seperate job but will require to work with this Adruino. communications input from channel: currently preferred: MBUS, RS485 other possiblities may include: MODbus, Acii, CJ188, Lora,/NB-iot, USart ,4-20mA, GPRS (depending on end hardware which has not yet been sourced) Final product should also include: English operations User Manual (Eng.) Code/programming see attached for initial sketch. Update (July 16, 2020). The unit we are currently looking at has wired-connection for data. the interface is RS485; communication protocol is either MBUS, MODBUS, ASCII OR CJ188 (not certain if one or all of these will apply). therefore, the chipset (audrino) will need to be compatable (an RS485 "Shield")? Unsure of data transfer protocol; either Bluetooth 4 or else WiFi is current options (both?) The candidate will be required to provide full illustration and/or written or video instruction on how to assemble the board package. (we can obtain & solder parts here). Additionally, they will show how to flash the final unit to install the code. The final product (aurdrino board) will be shipped to the client at the client's expense. The client will provide the successful candidate with a meter for testing on their end if required. otherwise, any sort of device with RS485 communication would probably suffice for local testing. The C+ code (Audrino) will be available to the client at end of project for modification if required at a later date. Full code and scripts for the mobile apps, if included in the project, will also be available to the client for future amendmant and modifications by client.
