Hi, This project could be done using dust sensor, a linear actuator and a solenoid valve, all of which could be integrated with an Arduino Microcontroller. Based on the value from the dust sensor we could make linear actuator move which will clean the solar panel and also based on the dust sensor value we can control the solenoid valve using which water flow could be controlled.
