I need writing support in the conception of a profound 10 page script for a research plan in the area of visual computing / multimodal computing / computer graphics / computer vision. Based on the current state of the art in the domain a technically sound plan for research in the next 3-5 years with a budget of 10 kEuro per Year has to be elaborated. The work process is pair-programming style, i.e. first some ideas are pitched and discussed between me and the prospective awardee. Then a focus on 2 or 3 ideas is layer and the research plan is layed out on this idea. If an exemplary 3-5 page long script meets the expectations, the project is awarded. Deadline for the 3-5 page script is middle of February.
