News and article writer for watches site

This position is for a writer, on a new news site, dedicated to wristwatches. It is important that you have knowledge about wrist watches and a passion for them as well. You will ongoing select interesting press releases and news from our inbox and the various brand press centres and write about them. You will also be responsible for setting up the articles you write in WordPress, including a little bit of image editing (sizing and cutting) to make the images look good in the articles and news stories . It is important that you can work autonomously and can be creative about the task. So we get good and interesting content out of it. Our content should be written for humans, not search engines. You are expected to have a track-record of successfully writing quality and engaging content in English. To begin with, this position will be around 5 hours a week to start with. Depending on how it goes, we can discuss further hours later if you want it. Before you are hired, you will be asked to partially write an article based on the attached press release. The press release is full of BS to just sell the watch, our readers will not be interested in getting this kind of propaganda. You should therefore only use it as a source of information. It will be possible for you to be compensated for 1 hour, in relation to the test article via PayPal, should you request it. But don't write the article before we ask you to, if you want to be compensated.
