Urgent needed

I use cragislist to post commercial properties for rentin manhattan for rent in, I need a program to take a list of items, square footages, prices, information scramble it all around and make new listings out of them the software must make the lists constantly editable and i must know how many possible listings are available and have the ability to post listings automatically I will write (I.e. not random ones).I have partially made a spreadsheet with the information.
