ASP and Helix server

We have a website designed in asp and our streaming server is Helix server. We need somebody to code asp pages to interact with helix server. Only login members able to view the media files which we kept on helix server. If any body try to access files with out login( If anybody get that link from forums , the link should not work) if the user session is working , other person should not able to login or watch the media files if you have any questions about this project plz pm me Thx
