All work has to be done using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft ASP.net. Must start immediately and work fast on messenger with client. After step 1 done, will hire for step 2-5 first step to be done: Logins & Rights: There are "groups" of users. Each group has a name and a set of rights. Each user added to the system will have a field to enter the persons first and last name, phone number, e-mail, username, password, assigned to a group (above). You can assign most system features as rights to a group or manually per user. When logged into the system, users will have a distinct set of options based on rights. (for now when user logged in the system it will show the list of rights assigned to the user) MUST HAVE FEEDBACK 15+
