Image manipulation in asp.net

A website I own, [login to view URL], a website about all aspects of food, is entirely written in classic asp. This website offers those who post recipes and articles etc. to post images with their writings. But image upload and particularly resizing of images is a problem in classic asp because the result is generally muddy and unpleasant, plus the fact that classic asp does not seem to have upload components that can handle image files of any larger size. ASP.NET should have a solution to these issues. I need a programmer experienced in image manipulation in ASP.NET to create and install a very basic component into my classip asp site. This component must be able to do the following things: 1. Upload without problems images up to 1.2 mb in size. 2. Create three version of the uploaded image, and display them: a) a thumbnail (i.e. max 120x120px; b) a medium sized image, i.e. max 350x350px; c) a large version, i.e. max 1000x1000px; 3. All settings, i.e. sharpness, the various images sizes, etc, must be controllable from an admin file. This project entails the installation on this component on ONE PAGE of my site. The successful applicant will subsequently be asked to install and adjust this component on other pages, as needed. Payment is through GAF escrow only.
