Multiple file upload asp.net control with ajax

Overview: We would like to have a asp.net control/component that we can use in our projects that allows our web users to upload multiple files to the server. Requirements: -The control/component should be easy to add to our projects. -You can use JQuery or MS Ajax, C#, .Net Framework 2.0. You can use Flash if necessary. Currently we are not supporting .net framework 3.5. -It should enable the users to upload multiple files. The important point here is that the customers should be able to select multiple files in one shot (i.e. pressing ctrl key and click multiple files), or they can select a folder with multiple files inside or drag-drop multiple files. We don't need all of these methods, one of them is enough. -It is not OK to select the files one by one. If the user wants to upload 50 files, it is not acceptable to make him/her select the files one by one. -During the upload of the files, there should be progress bar (or any kind of indicator) to show the progress of the upload. The progress should be shown in the form of percentage(%) finished. -On the server side we should be able to stream each file into binary array so that we can save it into a DB or to a file. -We need a small asp.net 2.0 demo application to demonstrate and test the control -We need the source files for the control for future modification and/or graphical design. -We prefer to have no limit in file size and or total upload size but we are OK to be limited to a reasonable amount. The component will not be used to upload movies or gigabyte files. Time frame: We want the project to be finished in 5 business days after the project is started.
