E-Commerce Template Modification

Hello All, I will be purchasing a CRE-Loaded template with OS Commerce from [login to view URL], and I need someone that can modify it for me. It needs to be similar to bed kingdom website. I have also attached a file which explains functions that need to be applied and modified so it looks similar to the websites in the attachment. The shopping cart, needs to be paypal integrated. I will also want the ssl certificate to be installed onto the server aswell, and also the hosting that I will be purchasing. I am after someone long term, as I have other very important projects. Please no timewasters, as I have had that before. Please can I ask any bidders to 1st check the websites listed in the attachment.
