Need expert in ASP/Access Databases

Have a site that is in asp and uses an ms access database. I need to add the ability to add title tags and meta tags to each product and category on the site. Right now every page has the same universal title/meta tags. So on the product and category entry pages, I need a field where I can enter in separate title and meta tags. Please only bid if you have experience doing this type of thing. Thanks!
