Hi! I work in my home studio recording, mixing and mastering music. I can do what you ask with my plugin library. First I would apply a noise gate to eliminate the background sounds, then with some EQ I will filter the frequency ranges that do not contain useful information (usually very high and very low frequencies are filtered). Then, the x-noise plugin of waves does an excellent job in these cases. Send me the audio if you want and I can show you what I'm talking about, then if you like the result we go to work really. I have offered the minimum amount of money in the project since I do not have a reputation in the forum (I am new) and it helps me to gain some experience and it helps you since you will have the job done for very little money.
