Help me producing an STP file that can injection molded for the Like-o-Meter

Hello! I can do injection mold in stp of your part - my bid consists of the price and terms for this work. Also i can produce it physicaly but i can say price only when we will get final stp part for producing and we should calculate shiping details (i am based in Kyiv (Ukraine)). I am 3D designer (my profession is Mechanical design engineer of air vehicles). I have experience of creating 3d models using different 3d/CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, 3ds Max, Zbrush, ArtCAM), their rendering and preparation for production using 3D printers or milling machines CNC. Hi, I'm confused. Do you just need someone to create solid geometry (in STP format) of the hand base and moving thumb part, modifying the geometry as necessary to make the parts injection-moldable? Or do you want someone to design the entire mold and make its parts in STP format? I assumed the latter--if the former (no mold design required), my price would be much lower.
