ERC 20 Token – Stable Coin Supplier shall develop a custom ERC 20 token that meets the following parameters: • Automatically backed up with USD and used in as payment method in 3rd party merchant platforms. Stable Coins will be owned us. • A minimum amount of stable coin needs to be equivalent to 1cent. Stable coin will be USDT backed. The minimum amount to be able to buy will be 1/100 of a coin. • Total supply of token should be 1.000.000.000 USD (one billion USD). • All stable coins will be automatically and always stored only in an Escrow account. • At a later stage, when each of the clients reach specific monthly volumes, a separate Stable Coins for each client will be developed. • User can buy Stable Coin from a selected Business Client account by Crypto or FIAT funding. The entire process of purchasing a Stable Coin / USDT shall be automated. • User shall be able to exchange Stable Coin to FIAT currency and respectably USDT to FIAT currency. • User shall be able to exchange Stable Coin to Crypto currency. Escrow solution The solution will support the exchange process by keeping all the company’s stable coins. When a 3rd party merchant’s customer purchases the stable coin and uses it on the merchant web page for the top-up of the account, this stable coin will be put on the Escrow account on the merchant's name. So stable coin will stay within the system. Through an API authorization, we need to send to the merchant information that stable coin was credited on his behalf in an Escrow account.
