Build multi-node content + data platform

I am looking for a full stack developer to build the foundations of a transactional data and advertising platform. The platform will form the basis of a new startup I am launching, focussed on the development of a transactional knowledge and attention economy. You should have senior technical experience with an interest in data management, AdTech / FinTech, web service creation, API integration, algorithm development and data security. My preference on development language would be PHP/MySQL, however I am open to alternatives. I would like to hire someone either as a freelance prototyper (paid) OR Technical Co-Founder (equity / paid + equity). Should ideally be UK based, although European with business-level English would also be considered. If you’re looking to find out a bit about my background before deciding to work with me on this, take a quick look on LinkedIn: [login to view URL] The initial development phase would include the following tasks: - Build simplified Data Management Platform (DMP) with multiple child nodes - Build simplified Supply Side Platform (SSP) with multiple child nodes - Create common API interface that acts as a layer over the Parent DMP and Parent SSP - Build basic Chrome Extension designed to interface with the DMP / SSP Nodes - Build basic Android app designed to interface with the DMP / SSP Nodes - Connect to multiple APIs in order to process aggregated data and enable user services (long term would involve in-house development of similar functionality, but for the prototype API services should be used to save time / cost) I have additional platform schematics and basic specifications available post-NDA.
