Good Afternoon, Do your firm do change of occupancy permit plans for Baltimore County? I need to file drawings for a Commercial Change of Occupancy Permit and/or building permit. I am opening a Cigar Lounge in an 1850 sqf retail space in the Hillendale Shopping center. I am NOT adding or removing walls but I am adding humidor (it is portable 10X8 that will be placed against a back wall), I am adding a ventilation system and smoke eaters for cigar smoke. Updating electric and some plumbing for a dishwasher and ice machine in a back room. I can not draw at all and have no layout but I know what I want done. I have contractors lined up to do my actual work. I just need to hire a architect to draw plans for my space so I can submit an application for a change of use and building permit.
