Hello there ! The LLC in Japan called -GK- Godo Kaisha- is pretty expensive ,around $10.000 ! The taxes go up on 30% ! Also you have to be in Japan in order to set-up Godo Kaisha ! The entire process of incorporation is between 1 and 2 months ! Please note that I am bidding only for consultancy ! I can not incorporate in Japan because fillings is very different than USA,AU,UK and you have to fly there ! All the best !
