Client Server Finance Application

What I require is the following: Standalone software Client/Server Application In basic terms the server receives financial data from a financial data provider such as bloomberg/reuters. The server then performs a calculation, via an excel dde, and then sends the signal to the client application. The functionality on the client application means the client can set their own calculation in which to handle the data, and on receiving the signal it automatically clicks on the clients broker order window. EG The US Federal Reserve is going to announce interest rates It will be bad for the dollar if the cut rates, good for the dollar if they raise rates. The server gets the information that they raise rates, the server performs a calculation issuing a buy signal to the client software. The client receives the signal and automatically clicks with his forex broker a buy on the dollar. Of paramount importance to this project is having low latency, so the programming must not have any extra calculations to perform. Furthermore, it must also be easy to administer once the project has been completed. Furthermore, i must be able to add subscribers to the software. So the tasks are: Linking Data Feed to DDE excel, Writing macros/calculations in Excel Ensuring result is transmitted to client software Design of GUI client software (zero bugs, clean efficient software) Testing Please only bid if you can do all of the above. Any previous experience would be beneficial.
